WPC production line introduction:
This WPC production Line is composed of conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration table, haul-off, cutter and stacker, and also coordinated with different profile break-section and mould to produce PVC door & window profiles, foamed special shaped materials, decoration plate material, profile and multi-hole wire plastic products, etc
WPC Production Line is processing PVC, PE, PP and wood composite to make window, door profile. Wood plastic composite products simple is called WPC in practical way. WPC products are widely applied to floor decking, wall panel decking, pallet, packing box board, floor panel, out-door decoration material, door, window etc. The high filling of wood powder and/or husk fiber (Max. can reach up to 50%-70%). The equipment with high adaptability can process the PP, PE, PVC, ABS, PS, etc at the same time.
