1. Features of automatic pvc pipe belling machine:
SGK250 model Full automatic PVC Pipe Belling Machine is a special belling equipment for rigid PVC pipes, full automatic models can be installed in the PVC pipe extrusion line for on-line use, expanding the form of R and direct expanding, can be be operated under 0.6-1.6Mpa pressure to produce a variety specifications of drain pipe after the molding or the use of powerful water-cooled air-cooled, which is not easy deformation. Whole part of Mitsubishi Electric PLC, touch screen control unit from Taiwan, without manual operation in the producing process.
The machine adopts double-infrared heating over type, each oven is equipped with heating cire.The shaping method adopts expanding-end shaping, The size of pipe mouth is correct. On its panel, there is a transfer swith of expanding solvent type pipe socket ( straigh port) and expanding sealloop type pipe socket (Rport). The choice of expanding pipe type is very convenient, The technologocal adaptability is strong, Its main electric control elements are all imported.The system charecteristics are steady and reliable.
