1. PVC Pipe Extrusion Machine Main Features
Adopt PLC control and simple operation.
Use stainless steel which type is 304.
The center height can be adjusted.
Material of screw and barrel: 38CrMoAlA, nitrogen quenched which the thickness layer 0.4-
0.7mm; Hardness of screw barrel: >940 HV.
Adopt Electric Parts which is SIEMENS/OMRON/SCHNEIDER.
It can keep machine operation stable and improve the extruder's output.
Production speed is 6m/min to 15m/min.
