The Features of PVC WPC Door Panel Extrusion Line
1. Conical twin-screw extruders are specially applied to PVC powder materials. Mated with different moulds and auxiliary machinery, they can produce PVC plastic pipes, profile, sheets and granulating materials,etc.
2. With scientific and reasonable technology,this PVC Door Panel Extrusion Line is of high efficiency and stable processing.
3. The downstream machinery includes calibration table, haul-off, cutter and stacker,etc.
PVC WPC Door Panel Extrusion Line Characters
PVC WPC door board production line is adopted specially designed SJZ80/156, SJZ92/188 conical twin screw extruder. It adopts imported ABB and Siemens speed frequency converter. It chooses imported RKC and Omron temperature controller.It possesses the features of easy and reliable operation. The production line consists of conical twin screw extruder, molds for door boards, forming moulds, calibrating cooling stage, caterpillar haul off, tranverse cutter and tilt stacker.
It can be used either inner and outer door board, partition, window sill etc. or PVC and PVC +wood powder extruding foaming craft. The final products produced by the PVC door board extrusion line centralizes the characters of plastic and wood. It not only has special appearance effect, but also overcomes the shortage of wood. It has good processability as wood, and the proportion can be controlled in 0.6-0.9kg/m. It can be sawe, drilled and planed by the wood working tools. The WPC materials and products have features of heavy acid bases resistance, water-proofing, corrosion resisting, anti-aging, anti-moth, static-free and flame retarded.
